Join RCIScience for a dram (or three) of whisky and take the chill off Fall! 🥃
David Wolff, owner of Toronto’s Scottish Pub The Caledonian and a Global Judge for The World Whisky Awards, and Dr. Bryan Koivisto, whisky enthusiast and Associate Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Department of Chemistry, will lead us through a whisky tasting, sharing some of the science – and art – behind how whisky is made and savoured.
Please note this is a small group, ticketed event.
