RCIScience, in partnership with EcoSpark, is excited to host Queer Forest Club for a walk in the woods as we explore one of Toronto’s most beloved urban parks - High Park! Using popular tools of the trade, we’ll learn how to identify birds in the field and contribute to online databases for citizen science. We’ll also learn how to survey for arthropods with EcoSpark’s Caterpillars Count initiative!
Leave feeling empowered to contribute your own outdoor nature observations from backyards, parks, or other areas near home to online databases and help further environmental research.
Please note this event is exclusively for members of Queer Forest Club and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
