Paired with expert mixologists, this session will teach you how to craft three delicious alcohol-free cocktails while uncovering the science behind their unique flavours.
Ticket includes a 3-hour workshop, three mocktails and a take-home gift.

About the Speakers
Andreea Bosorogan (she/her) is a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto, specializing in the fascinating world of plant defence chemicals. Her research focuses on how plants naturally fend off insect pests. Beyond the lab, Andreea is an avid science communicator. She bridges the gap between plant science and the public, inspiring curiosity and appreciation for plants through engaging outreach events for elementary students and broader audiences. Meet Della Stevens-Brain, a jack-of-all-trades mixologist with 10 years’ experience in the service industry. She thrives on creativity and collaboration, and adores all things nerdy–especially Star Wars! Find them sipping their favourite, an amaretto sour, at any place where the sun hits her face.

Please note this venue is not wheelchair accessible. There is one step outside Offworld and 19 steps on the staircase. Staircase is 5ft wide with banisters on either side. Washroom doors are 23 inches wide.
