A takeover 65 million years in the making, in partnership with THEMUSEUM! Paleontologist Talia Lowi-Merri takes us back in time to explore how dinosaurs became birds! 🦕🦜
Talia Lowi-Merri is a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto, based at the Royal Ontario Museum. She researches palaeontology and ornithology to better understand how avian flight evolved from dinosaurs. Talia studies the shapes of bird bones to discover how modern birds fly and compares them to fossil birds and bird-like dinosaurs. We’re excited to get a sneak peak of her research! And yes, we will be asking if Laura Dern inspired her career choices…
