A small group of science communicators from Alberta and Halifax worked together to create this adorable science-based interpretation of how Santa magically delivers millions of presents to children across the world on Christmas Eve night. The story is available as both a free ebook and short YouTube video for families to follow along from home.
Asked why the team chose to develop the story, Dr. Roshan Achdal explains, “We wanted to create this story to do our small part in promoting a lifelong enjoyment of science, while also spreading some joy during the holiday season. Especially with all of the scientific misinformation floating around lately highlighting to us the importance of building scientific literacy and strong, trusting relationships with scientists.”
